What will my investment be?

  • We start at $350.00 for the cart itself, one hour of service with one team member and the equipment needed such as our warmer or popcorn machine.

    The team member will arrive up to 45 min prior to their start time for set up. Our team member will also do one round of bussing prior to their departure.

  • The cart has the ability to be very diverse with its snack options. You can have charcuterie cups, warm churros, baked pretzels, raman bar, chicken fingers, and anything else you are thinking! You will be quoted based on the snack request along with the amount needed. You have the option to purchase the food you are wanting from a restaurant or fast food place , just be sure to follow what Alacarte asks to be purchased to ensure we stay on the same page.

  • Our quote will include napkins, plates, flatware and any other items at that are needed for your event. We will not quote for you anything you do not need. We can also provide personalized items at your request

  • Some of the questions we have been asked are as followed

    • We quote everything differently based on their location, needs, guest count and food request. The goal of the cart is for the client to receive everything they want & nothing less or more

    • If we need a second attendant at your event, the additional fee will be $120.00 flat rate.

    • Additional hours are $75 an hour for up to four hours

    • The cart can be inside or outside. We require that we are no more than 15 feet away from an electrical outlet

    • We have General Liability Insurance and our serving permit for Shelby County. Due to how we order our food, we are not required by the state to have our food scores since we are not baking/cooking. Please confirm with your venue prior to booking us that we are approved to be at their venue.
